Exchange and return of goods
You can return or exchange the product within 14 days from the date of receipt in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection".
Return conditions:

The product has not been used and has no signs of use.
2.
The product appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels, and factory packaging are preserved.
3.
Available document confirming the purchase (receipt or invoice).

Shipping cost: Return of goods of proper quality is at the buyer's expense. In case of a factory defect, the store pays for the shipping.
Refund: Refunds are made upon written request and to the buyer's account in IBAN format. throughout 1–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
