Payment
We offer the following secure payment methods:
· Non-cash payment (IBAN): Payment is made to the current account of LTD " EAST-UKRAINIANWOODWORKING COMPANY ". You can make a payment using the details and instructions via online banking or at the cash desk of any bank according to the invoice provided by the manager.
· Cash on delivery (Cash on delivery): Payment by cash or card at a Nova Poshta branch after inspecting the goods.
Please note: the carrier charges an additional fee for transferring funds (20 UAH + 2% of the transfer amount).
· Important: Goods from the "Hardware" category are sold only upon 100% prepayment to the current account.
All prices on the site are indicated in hryvnias and are current at the time of placing the order. The minimum order amount on the site is 250 UAH.
Delivery
We deliver throughout Ukraine (except for temporarily occupied territories) through the logistics company Nova Poshta .
· Order processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon-Fri).
· Delivery time: 1–3 business days from the moment of shipment.
· Delivery cost: Calculated according to the carrier's rates.
· Logistics features: All orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse. The carrier's delivery cost includes the "Courier pickup from warehouse" service, which ensures maximum speed of shipment and preservation of the goods.
Pickup: You can pick up your order for free from our warehouse: Sumy region, Okhtyrka city, Kyivska st., 72A.
