Payment
We offer the following secure payment methods:
- Bank transfer (IBAN):
payment to the bank account of LTD "EAST-UKRAINIANWOODWORKING
COMPANY" .You
can make the payment using the provided bank details and instructions via
online banking or at any bank branch, based on the invoice issued by our
manager.
- Payment on delivery (Cash on Delivery): payment can be made in cash or by card at a Nova
Poshta branch after inspecting the goods. This payment method is available
for orders of UAH 1,000 or more. Please note that the carrier
charges an additional money transfer fee of UAH 20 + 2% of the
transferred amount.
- Important:
products in the “Hardware” category are supplied only against 100%
advance payment to our bank account.
All prices displayed on the website are in Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH) and are
valid at the time the order is placed.
The minimum order value on the website is UAH 250.
Delivery
We deliver throughout Ukraine, except for temporarily occupied territories,
using the Nova Poshta logistics service.
- Order processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
- Delivery time: 1–3
business days from the date of dispatch.
- Delivery cost: calculated
according to the carrier’s applicable rates.
- Logistics: all
orders are dispatched directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse. The
carrier’s delivery charge includes a courier pickup from the warehouse,
helping ensure fast dispatch and safe handling of the goods.
- Pickup: you
can collect your order free of charge from our warehouses at the following
addresses: 72A Kyivska St., Okhtyrka, Sumy Region, Ukraine; 124 K.
Levytskoho St., Tysmenytsia, Ivano-Frankivsk Region, Ukraine.
